Scope Of Work:
 - Basic and Detail Design of the Utilities,
- Managing Contract Services on Process including management and supervision on the process of the Plant which was carried out by the INA, Company of Slovakia; including:
- Supervision on preliminary & Detail Engineering., Procurement & Erection of Equipment,
- Trouble Shooting & settling of day-to-day problems of the Plant after the startup and commencement of production, preparing & regulating of the expansion of optimization plan of the operations of the Plant.

Start-Finish: The Plant commissioned in 1994
