Feasibility Study and Basic Engineering for upgrading the safety of installations and firefighting capabilities of Boushehr Oil Depot

Client: N.I.O.E.C. Distribution of Oil Products Company
Scope of Work: The existing firefighting system in Boushehr Oil Depot is obsolete Due to the fact that the underground piping system is old and out of date, the capacity of the diesel pumps are low and the supply of sweet water for firefighting purposes is insufficient and therefore the requirements of the client are not met for firefighting purposes.
The aim of the project is therefore to promote the safety and firefighting capabilities of the Oil Depot by designing a new and unified firefighting system using sea water, and hence installing salt water resistant equipment and facilities therein.
