    - Determining the pipeline track & location of the related facilities,
    - Preliminary Design,
    - Preparing the tender documents,
    - Cost estimation of the Project Execution,
    - Transfer Capacity: 165,000 barrels per day of oil products,
Scope of Services of the Consultant: Providing the services for the above-mentioned Project Scope.
